The new Dynamic Templates block now offers both masonry and table views, allowing you to choose the display that best suits your needs. You can create artwork directly from this page or browse through previously created artwork. The new layout provides detailed information such as template status and artwork counts, making it easier to find popular items quickly. We also introduced a Templating Server Path Selector for admins, eliminating the need to manually copy and paste the path from the back-office.
Improved Search Indexing
Search functionality is critical, and we have made significant improvements to our search indexing capabilities. The new utility tool lists all Dynamic Templates on the system, providing useful information such as their location and download options. Most search issues can now be resolved by reindexing, and the time required for reindexing has been greatly reduced. Administrators can choose to reindex specific parts of the system, such as assets or Dynamic Templates, resulting in fewer “Please reindex” messages and faster overall performance.
Enhanced Set Permissions Page
We have updated the Set Permissions page to include a new column displaying download options available to each group. This addition allows for quick and easy changes to download permissions, improving overall workflow efficiency. A new Usage Tips pop-up has been added, offering helpful tips to make the process smoother.
Performance Enhancements and Bug Fixes
Brandworkz 10.3 includes several performance enhancements and bug fixes to improve system stability and user experience. Notable fixes include:
- Dynamic Templates no longer show in search after being deleted.
- Fixed links for Dynamic Templates moved directly in the back-office.
